Join our team in Kaufering near Munich as Pricing Manager (m/f) for the Region Central Europe In this position you optimize and develop pricing set-ups according to our Strategy Champion 2020 in the Central European region (D, A, CH, PL, NL).We offer you a permanent contract and an intensive training off and on the job. Your responsibilities You continually optimize and develop pricing set-ups, strategy and all pricing related processes and tools in order to drive price and profitability improvements aligned with our pricing strategy. You support the 5 Central European market organizations by further developing and implementing the Hilti Pricing strategy including the roll-out of pricing processes and tools. Together with corporate functions, global IT and pricing managers of other regions, you link pricing to other processes and work on continuous system improvements. Regarding all pricing related topics you act as business partner to our local Pricing Managers, Sales Force and regional Marketing Managers. Your profile You have successfully completed your master degree in business, engineering or information systems and you have first project and working experience in finance, sales, marketing or process expert area. You have strong analytical and numerical skills as well as good IT knowledge, including MS Office, SAP and good database-know-how. You convince with strong process and tool orientation, reliability, precision and high attention to detail. Your mindset is result driven and value oriented, you are good at identifying opportunities and able to drive change. You communicate and present in an effective as well as convincing way in written and spoken German and English over all hierarchy levels. Take the next step!
