Join our team in Kaufering near Munich as Head of Direct Marketing (m/f) Central Europe In this newly created position, you are in charge of the disciplinary and technical leadership of the Hilti Online Marketing Team for Central Europe (D, A, CH, PL, NL). Your core tasks comprise planning and implementing our online marketing and publishing management for all relevant Hilti Online portals in Central Europe. We offer you a permanent contract and an intensive training in our training center in Kaufering near Munich. Your responsibilities You develop, create and monitor digital marketing concepts for site contents and online marketing campaigns (e.g. eMail newsletter marketing, online events). You are in close collaboration and coordination with our regional strategic marketing, product management as well as global and national e-commerce counterparts. You are responsible for a sustainable functional advancement of our digital marketing for the region Central Europe. Your profile Do you have several years of relevant online marketing and/or publishing experience in an agency or corporation and could you gain first team lead experience? Have you successfully completed your studies in the fields of marketing, communication or media studies or do you have passed a similar specialized training in online publishing/marketing? Your personal strengths include organizational competence with high quality orientation, power of expression as well as project management and the steering of agencies? Do you work autonomously, implementation- and result-driven and are you surpassingly flexible and team-oriented? Do you have effective communication skills in written and spoken German and English that you can use efficiently when working together with business partners and colleagues? Take the next step!
