Join our team in Kaufering as Head of Technical Marketing (m/f) for Central Europe In this position you will steer the product portfolio for our soft-/service-ware and take responsibility for developing and implementing the technical marketing activities in the Central Europe region (D, A, CH, PL, NL) together with your Technical Service Marketing Team.We offer you a permanent contract and an intensive training in our training center in Kaufering near Munich. Your responsibilities You bear co-responsibility for the business success e.g. market share and profit of our fastening and protection products. Through developing and implementing strategies for our services and software in the business area Fastening & Protection you ensure our market success. In coordination with our business units, market organizations and trades you coordinate the service and software roadmaps, including the technical marketing activities for Fastening & Protection. You have the functional and disciplinary lead of the Technical Service Marketing Team. Your profile Do you have several years of relevant marketing and/or sales experience in the building industry and could you gain interdisciplinary leading competence? Have you successfully completed your diploma or master studies in the fields of mechanical engineering, structural or civil engineering? Your personal strengths include business understanding, analytical thinking and conceptual work? Are you highly willing to travel and do you strive for an international career at Hilti? Do you have effective communication skills in written and spoken German and English that you can use efficiently when working together with business partners and colleagues at home and abroad?
