As Product Manager in our team in Kaufering near Munich you are responsible for the product life cycle of our key product lines in the Central Europe region (DE, AT, CH, PL and NL). You develop product strategies for your own product lines, take full responsibility for their implementation in the region and actively define new product innovations in cooperation with our corporate functions. What does the role involve? As Product Manager you strategically define and actively manage the product life cycle of your own product lines using your knowledge gained by working in the field. You are the responsible person for the functional steering and coaching of the corresponding local Product Managers and you build the interface towards our corporate functions. Together with the Branch Managers and the local market organisations you develop customised marketing concepts in order to obtain product and market leadership. By communicating and cooperating with the market organizations, you create market analyses and explore developments of the most important applications and propose improvement measures for our product portfolio. You are in charge of the introduction of new products and partner with the global marketing departments to manage time-to-market-projects successfully.
