You will join the new Global Logistics Services organization with a mandate to significantly enhance the customer experience through innovative omni-channel solutions. You will partner with different functions from around the globe to develop, launch and sustain an array of differentiating services for our customers. You will act as a champion for the customer within Global Logistics, monitoring customer needs, along with the competitive landscape and trends, to define our logistics service development roadmap. Together with international peers from other functions you will take these differentiating services from concept to reality. This will also include driving the marketing and communication of these services to maximize their impact. Finally, you will develop and own the standards, processes and KPIs for services to ensure they are sustainable and performing well.
