Your responsibilities You continuously develop and optimize pricing strategy, meaning all pricing structures, rules, processes, and tools in alignment with our pricing strategy. You proactively drive profit and system improvements. You are part of a global project team for new IT developments in the area of pricing, covering all business related tasks such as specifications, documentation, testing and training. You implement all pricing related topics in our 5 Central European market organizations and support the local pricing managers. You closely work together with all relevant corporate functions, global IT and the pricing managers of other regions. You act as a business partner to our local pricing managers, sales team, and regional marketing managers regarding all pricing related topics. Your profile You have successfully completed your master degree in business, engineering, or information management. You also have working experience in finance, sales, marketing or process-expert area. You are a strong team-player and know how to manage different stakeholders in a matrix organization. You have strong analytical and numerical skills as well as good IT knowledge, including MS Office, SAP and good database-know-how. You influence decisions with strong process and tool orientation, reliability, precision and high attention to detail. Your mindset is results driven and value oriented, you are good at identifying opportunities and have the ability to drive change.
